There is no long term commitment. We ask that you sign a "Terms and Conditions" agreement. It simply states that you understand what we will be doing, the frequency of your cleans, and what we will be charging for our service. You may terminate the service at any time with a two (2) weeks notice.
WILL I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
HOW MANY CLEANER WILL YOU SEND?
One (1) for residential.
As for commercial, depending on the agreement on the contract.
WHAT DO I DO WITH MY INDOOR PETS?
We ask that you please keep the dog in the cage or tie the dog while cleaning.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY SERVICE?
You may pay to the Cleaner after she complete her work. Please DO NOT PAY to the Driver as the Cleaner is responsible for their own collections.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Our Cleaner are insured for any accident and hospitalization coverage.
ARE YOU CLOSE DURING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?
Yes, our office is close during Sundays and Public Holidays. But our cleaning services are close on most of the Public Holidays only. We will advise you on the dates once you have signed Agreement with us.

DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE MEAL FOR THE CLEANERS?
It is entirely up to you. However, the Cleaners will always bring their own food and drinks for lunch.​

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE CLEANING SUPPLIES?
Yes, You will need to provide all the equipment (e.g. mop, cloth, broom and others) and chemicals needed for cleaning.
WHAT IF I WANT TO USE SPECIAL CLEANING ITEMS?
You may inform the cleaner on your special request and instruction or you may advise us before the date of your service so we can instruct our cleaning associates properly.
HOW DO YOU GET IN MY HOME IF I AM NOT THERE?
Security of your home is our highest concern. We prefer that you will be home to wait for the Cleaner arrival. You may leave the Cleaner at home and lock the doors if you need to make a short trip to pick-up somebody or something. However, there are some customers who will leave us a set of keys so that the Cleaner can proceed with their work while the customer is not home.
WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE JOB PROVIDED?
Our goal is for that to never happen. But if it does, please telephone us within 24 hours of your service and discuss it with us. We will try to help and assist as much as possible to make our customer happy.​
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT I HAVE MADE?
We ask for at least one (1) business days notice for cancellation and rescheduling any appointment before 6.00pm.
WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF HIRING KHML CLEANING SERVICES INSTEAD OF AN INDIVIDUAL?
Our cleaning services are licensed and our Cleaners are insured and well trained. You are not held responsible if any accident occurs at your premises during a professional cleaning. We offer on-going training in professional cleaning.
DO I ALWAYS GET THE SAME CLEANER OR THEY ARE ALWAYS ROTATE?
You will always get the same Cleaner unless he/she is no longer working with our Company.
CAN I TIP THE CLEANERS?
Yes, but we would advise you to inform us also to avoid any inconveniences and misunderstanding.
